We are committed to the pure teachings of Christ Jesus and his Father, Jehovah God found in the Bible. Clearly, Jesus gave a witness about his Father who has always lived in the Heavens, and Jesus spread the Word while he lived on earth. Jesus gave the most precious gift of all, his life in behalf of humankind, so that all those exercising faith in Jesus can have everlasting life. Jesus, while on earth, preached about God’s Kingdom, as a literal theocratic government, which will rule for a thousand years. Jesus will reign as King and his reign will embody righteousness, justice, peace and love. This was prophesied in the Book of Isaiah in the Bible: “For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us, and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom in order to establish it firmly and to sustain it by means of justice and by means of righteousness, from now on and to time indefinite. The very zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this.” (Isaiah 9:6 & 7).

We are eagerly awaiting this Kingdom which will ‘satisfy the desire of every living thing’. However, in the interim, we believe that Jesus also gave valuable lessons in life which will help us to succeed on our journey. Also, our spiritual progress now will prepare us well for God’s Kingdom. Therefore, we need to diligently learn from God’s Word and apply its principles in our interaction with people if we are to succeed in daily living. Moreover, on our journey we need to practice Bible teachings in order to inherit eternal life which Jesus has bequeathed to faithful Christians. We need to do good toward all and love one another for this is the perfect bond of union. We need to give to others as God has so generously given to us. We need to praise God daily for His wondrous works and express thanksgiving for His blessings. As we embark on our journey to life everlasting, may we grow spiritually along the way by applying the principles taught by Jesus. In doing so we will be richly rewarded, beyond human imagination.
